Returns are something that will happen from time to time. We will work hard to eliminate any issues that may arise. Please read each product description that we describe to avoid any mis-sizing. We carefully select all of our products to make sure we offer the best quality possible. We also answer the phone and emails all day if you have any additional questions prior to ordering. We guarantee our product 100% and we want you to enjoy our products 100%.
Items may be returned for a Refund based on the following:
- Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup - free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and with tags attached.
- All sales of merchandise that has been marked down are returnable for store credit only.
- Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number.
- The only exception for the Return Postmark deadline is for Christmas Gift Orders that are placed during November 1st & December 24th. Christmas Orders must be post marked returned by the 15th of January.
- Please notify us as soon as possible that you are not satisfied with the product.
